- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Expanding company product business in HORECA segment. Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region.
- Driving Businesses via B2B Sales. Develop different HORECA Channels.
- Appointment of Stockiest/ distributor, & managing a team. Maintain relations with existing Clients and Create new Clients as well.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters
- e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement.

Job Purpose
To lead and drive pan-India HORECA and Institutional sales by identifying growth opportunities, expanding food service accounts, strengthening distributor networks, and achieving national targets for volume, value, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business avenues to accelerate growth across the HORECA and Institutional segments nationwide
- Deliver national sales objectives related to volume, value, market share, and new account acquisition across Five Star Hotels .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Unit Head Chefs, Executive Chefs, Procurement Heads, Purchase Managers, F&B Managers, and General Managers.
- Understand and map HORECA business requirements to offer suitable product solutions while ensuring profitability and margin growth.
- Drive B2B and institutional sales across multiple HORECA channels
- Expand the company's product footprint nationally by defining and executing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage state, regional, and area sales teams
- Appoint, manage, and monitor stockists, distributors, and institutional partners across regions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery, service quality, and cold-chain compliance
- Strengthen relationships with existing national and regional clients while acquiring new key accounts
- Review, analyze, and report national sales performance, including sales efficiency, target achievement, market coverage, and ROI
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, marketing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HORECA / Institutional buying behavior
- Expertise in food service sales, frozen foods, or meat products
- Proven pan-India team handling and distributor management experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills
