Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and address employee queries.
- Assist in performance management processes and feedback tracking.
- Support drafting and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Manage administrative tasks such as office coordination, vendor follow-ups, and facility management.
- Track HR and admin-related metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR practices, and administrative processes.
