  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead end-to-end business partnering for for employees across technology, underwriting, claims, operations and other enabling functions.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational restructuring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities.
  • Analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRBP roles, preferably within the insurance industry or the broader financial services.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and organisational development practices.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
