Job Description

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Lead end-to-end business partnering for for employees across technology, underwriting, claims, operations and other enabling functions.
Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational restructuring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities.
Analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HRBP roles, preferably within the insurance industry or the broader financial services.
Strong understanding of talent management and organisational development practices.
Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
