Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Design/update job descriptions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements.
- Handle job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), job portals, etc.
- Source candidates from different channels like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
- Screen applicants to check if they meet our position requirements.
- Conduct and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Close the position by sending out offer letters and answering all queries related to compensation and benefits, company culture, etc.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Induction and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless induction and onboarding processes to ensure new employees acclimate to company culture and policies.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture and encouraging team collaboration and growth.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, implementing policies to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and other HR related matters.
