Seeking an enthusiastic, growth-oriented HR intern to be a key contributor in building a strong people and culture foundation for a digital brand services agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a keen interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and a passion for learning about organizational culture and talent management in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval
- Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment
- Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and procedures
