Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Support onboarding formalities for new hires and interns.
- Maintain HR Records:
- Update employee/intern databases, attendance, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain personnel files digitally and physically.
- Coordinate HR Activities:
- Assist in planning employee engagement programs and team events.
- Help with internal communication and policy circulation.
- Performance & Feedback Tracking:
- Support HR team in collecting and compiling feedback from interns/employees.
- Help prepare performance reports and analytics.
- Learning & Development Support:
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance/training records.
- Communicate with trainers and ensure smooth session execution.
- Assist in HR Projects:
- Participate in HR automation, process improvement, or research-based projects.
