Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, coordination, and offer documentation.
Handle the complete employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
Draft, issue, and maintain offer letters and employee documentation in line with internal policies.
Manage onboarding activities, including HR system updates, biometric access, and employee introductions.
Maintain and update HRMS platforms (e.g., GreytHR) with accurate and timely data.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Track employee attendance, leave, and related HR records.
Act as the first point of contact for routine HR operational queries.
