- Managing end-to-end recruitment for design, production, retail, marketing, and styling teams.
- Addressing employee grievances professionally and confidentially
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Managing attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
