Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement, understanding, to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess role fit and culture alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews; track feedback and closures.
- Handle offer management, negotiation support, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
