Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Owning end-to-end hiring across functions: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and deployment.
- Actively traveling for campus drives, regional hiring, and franchise-level recruitment.
- Designing and executing training and induction programs for internal teams and 500+ franchise partners.
- Building, documenting, and continuously improving HR processes, SOPs, and people systems from scratch.
- Tracking performance, discipline, culture, and accountability across teams.
- Working directly with the CEO and leadership, handling sensitive, high-impact people decisions.
- Stepping into chaos, solving people problems, and ensuring execution - no excuses, no hand-holding.
