Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement, understanding, to offer rollout.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess role fit and culture alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews; track feedback and closures.
  • Handle offer management, negotiation support, and joining follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
