Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving employee queries and issues.
- Maintain employee records and databases in MS-Excel with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with HR compliance activities, including updating policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Develop effective communication skills through interactions with employees and stakeholders.
