Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Screened and evaluated candidate profiles to shortlist suitable applicants based on role requirements and company standards.
  • Conducted initial screening calls to explain job roles, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinated with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Maintained recruitment databases, interview trackers, follow-ups, and assisted the HR team with reporting and onboarding documentation.
