About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, etc.)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
