Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across marketing, creative, operations, and business functions.
- Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche communities.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and coordination.
Support in building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process..
