Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Organize and maintain personnel records of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain official platforms like job portals, HRMS, etc.
- Carry out processes like onboarding formalities, exit formalities, employee engagement, etc.
- Update internal databases (e.g. leave records, official documents, policies, etc.)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, JDs, offer letters and new hire guides
- Revise company policies in coordination with the stakeholders
- Answer employees queries via mail and other platforms about HR-related issues and maintain a record of the same
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Work on the closure of junior-level positions like interns, admin, housekeeping, etc.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee engagement activities, learning, and development, etc.
