Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling
interviews)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Support payroll and attendance tracking (if applicable)
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
