Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

We are looking for an HR Intern / Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Understand JDs and identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.

Handle IT, Non-IT, bulk, and niche hiring.

Support the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers with an HR background are welcome.

Prior recruitment internship/experience is an advantage.
