Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

As an HR intern at Ecoplug Energy India Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative duties.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as team building events and recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs.
• Utilize MS-Excel to create and update reports for HR metrics and analysis.
• Develop your English proficiency skills through regular communication with team members and external stakeholders.
