Responsibilities Include
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update hiring trackers.
- Schedule interviews and provide timely communication to candidates.
- Handle documentation for offer letters and pre-joining formalities.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
- Ensure timely communication and implementation of updated policies.
- Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with finance/admin teams for HR-related operations.
- Manage and update HRMS or internal systems with accurate employee data.
- Maintain and analyze HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Assisting employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining necessary records.
