- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting HR team in employee onboarding and orientation process.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assisting in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Participating in employee relations activities and resolving minor conflicts.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee experience.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
