We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist who can manage employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and maintaining HR processes aligned with company goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with teams and building strong organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Drive and close end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees including documentation, orientation and initial training support. Also the termination formalities as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to enhance team morale and culture.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation as per company policies.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization. Maintain required documentation and reporting.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes and track employee progress.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the entire team to support organizational goals and team requirements.

Who is an ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources or related area.
  • Hands on experience working in an HR Generalist role (2-3+ years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Docs).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Full-time, Work from Office)
  • Reporting To: Operations Head / Founder
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Compensation: Competitive and value based + Incentives
