We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
- Provide support in identifying training needs and organizing training programs.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, and training outcomes.
