Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referral programs.
Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding activities, including induction sessions, documentation, and orientation processes.
Data Management: Maintain, organize, and regularly update employee information and HR databases, primarily using Google Sheets.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.
Survey & Reporting: Conduct employee feedback surveys and prepare concise summary reports for management review.
Performance Management Support: Organize, track, and maintain performance evaluation records and related documentation.
HR Operations Support: Collaborate with the HR team to assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with HR best practices and apply them effectively within the organization.
