We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and is responsible for managing and executing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of assigned roles across various departments.
The Recruiter will serve as a foundational partner to the hiring manager, focusing on active sourcing, candidate engagement, process efficiency, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through to the successful offer and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening
- Use job boards, social media, and internal databases to source candidates
- Screen resumes to shortlist qualified applicants
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and initial interviews
- Full-Cycle Management and Candidate Experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare, negotiate, and track offer letters
- Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the process
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Align hiring needs, timelines, and expectations
