Client Servicing - Intern (Only Mumbai Candidates Need To Apply)
Role: Account Strategist Intern / Client Servicing Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the account management team in day-to-day client coordination.
Understand client requirements and help prepare briefs for internal teams.
Participate in internal discussions to understand project goals and deliverables.
Follow-up with design, content, development and performance teams for task
updates.
Help in preparing client presentations, reports, and documentation.
Support the team in tracking project timelines and maintaining status sheets.
Learn how to monitor KPIs and basic performance metrics for digital campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams (under
supervision).
Assist in organising and preparing for client meetings.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, or social media (training will
be provided).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams.
Eagerness to learn client servicing, project coordination, and digital workflows.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs / Sheets.
