Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media channels, and employee referral programs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules while ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers and candidates.
- Support the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and handling HR-related documentation.
- Keep employee records updated in Google Sheets and internal HR systems.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and assist with internal communication initiatives.
- Administer employee feedback surveys and compile the results into meaningful, actionable reports.
- Maintain organized performance data and assist in appraisal documentation and follow-up processes.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure efficient completion of daily operational tasks.
- Stay updated on emerging HR trends and apply best practices to enhance HR processes.
