We're looking for a dynamic and committed human resources (HR) executive to join our team, manage day-to-day HR operations, and ensure that every employee experience is seamless, engaging, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain daily attendance and leave records of all employees.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare and process monthly salaries accurately and on time.
- Ensure all HR records and databases are up-to-date and well-organized.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Work location: Work from office New Delhi/Delhi NCR.
