We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to handle recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, and staff discipline at Royal Touch Interiors Pvt. Ltd., a furnishing & interiors company based in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting JDs, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain daily attendance of installers, helpers & sales executives
- Track late marks, short hours, leaves & discipline
- Maintain employee files (physical + digital)
- Prepare HR trackers and weekly/monthly HR reports
- Coordinate training sessions for field staff
- Support performance reviews with the owner
- Handle exit formalities, letters & documentation
