Job purpose- To support end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate data handling, and timely HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- HR operations:
- Manage onboarding and exit processes (on-roll & off-roll employees)
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation
- Coordinate joining kits, laptops, ID cards, and system access
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, joiners, exits, attrition)
- Recruitment support:
- Conduct initial HR screening and recruitment calling
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Track recruitment status and follow up on offers and joining
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Employee support & compliance:
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
- Assist in internal HR initiatives and engagement activities
