This is a full-time on-site position in Kochi for the role of Human Resources Head at Kairali Trade Links. The responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. The HR Head will manage recruitment processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, promote employee relations, and foster a positive work environment. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and providing guidance on performance management, training, and professional development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources Management, including organizational development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Proficiency in HR Compliance, Policy Development, and Labor Law Understanding to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards.
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities to coordinate HR teams effectively and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Proficient in HR tools and software, and demonstrated ability to manage recruitment across international locations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.
