Role Summary:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees in the Study Abroad division, where they will gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in international education consulting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about international education, student support, and building a career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative activities
  • Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
  • Support student inquiries related to study abroad programs, application processes, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of applications
  • Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the application journey
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and student documentation
  • Learn and adhere to organizational processes, compliance guidelines, and service standards
  • Contribute to team targets, service quality, and overall productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh graduates only (Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline)
  • Graduation must be completed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication, documentation tools)

  • Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
