Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Faridabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, including, Hiring, On boarding new Employees, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, leading HR-related initiatives, and Performance Appraisals The role also involves supporting employee relations, managing payroll and benefits administration, and developing strategies to foster a thriving workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources operations, including HR Policies and HR Management
• Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of Hiring, On boarding New Employees and building Talent Pool
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and foster team collaboration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR experience in small or medium-sized businesses is a plus
