Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions for our night shift operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations for a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
2. Onboarding & Exit Formalities
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Handle joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee exit processes including exit interviews and clearance.
3. Training & Induction
- Coordinate training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Ensure proper induction for new team members.
- Track employee training progress and development.
4. Employee Relations
- Maintain a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.
5. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR reporting and basic administrative work.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
- Ability to work in night shift (US process).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in BPO, Sales, or Night Shift environment will be an advantage.
