We are hiring an HR Generalist for a fast-growing D2C fashion brand in Nangloi, West Delhi. A true generalist role, you'll own hiring, HR ops, engagement, and office admin.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment across all levels
- Payroll processing and HR compliance
- Employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management
- Team engagement activities and culture initiatives
- General office and vendor management
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience, with a primary focus on talent acquisition
- Comfortable switching between recruiting, HR ops, and office admin in the same week
- High ownership – you take initiative without waiting to be asked
- Strong communicator – both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where things move and change quickly
- A practical problem-solver with a figure it out mindset
