About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with 12 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or creative environment. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding processes, and helping build a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from crafting JDs and posting roles to closing offers and onboarding
  • Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and campus partnerships.
  • Sending emails and reaching out to them via call.
  • Liaise with managers to define role requirements and for the assignment process.
  • Share the task with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Drive a seamless candidate experience, right up to offer negotiation and induction.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes
  • Create accounts (Google, project management tools like Basecamp, etc.)
  • Facilitate exit interviews and documentation

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR Master Sheet.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly reports
  • Support in drafting HR offer letters, increment letters, relieving documents, contracts, and policies
  • Make a declaration of assets provided to employees.
  • Keep track of the Assets sheet.
  • Keep tracking daily task trackers of all employees.
  • Manage payroll inputs, salary disbursement records, and support compliance tracking
  • Create Salary slips for employees
  • Provide support during performance cycles and feedback processes

Employee Engagement

  • Help organize team events, birthday celebrations, and other engagement activities
  • Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and discretion
  • Support internal communication and feedback initiatives
  • Champion collaboration, communication, and a healthy work culture across teams

Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
  • Keep documentation up-to-date and assist with audits

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitments (tech + non-tech roles)
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing, and screening tools
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and industry best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsacross all levels of the organization
  • Sound decision-making and stakeholder management ability
  • Strong customer orientation with responsiveness to time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidenceautonomous but collaborative
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information
