This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role located in Gurugram. The HR Generalist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and managing employee benefits and administration. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, assisting with performance management processes, and maintaining employee records. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with leadership to support a positive and efficient workplace culture.

• Proficiency in core HR functions including Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their application in the workplace.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
