This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR functions including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, addressing employee inquiries, and facilitating HR communications.

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an HR role is preferred
