We are looking for a Recruiter cum HR who brings not just experience, but the right attitude. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about people, understands business needs, and can balance empathy with structure and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

End-to-end recruitment for all departments

Understanding role requirements clearly and hiring the right cultural fit

Coordinating with team leaders for manpower planning

Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

Ensuring smooth joining and induction process

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

Acting as a bridge between management and employees

Ensuring employee well-being, motivation, and engagement

Addressing employee concerns with maturity and confidentiality

Maintaining HR policies, attendance, leaves, and records

Supporting performance reviews and feedback processes

Culture & Compliance

Building a positive, professional, and accountable work culture

Ensuring discipline, clarity, and transparency in HR processes

Supporting management in implementing HR policies and systems

Helping create an environment where employees feel valued and heard
