Position OverviewWe're looking for an HR Generalist to manage a wide range of HR operations and help us build a positive, high-performing work culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination in collaboration with accounts.
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle grievances and employee relations with empathy and confidentiality.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare and share HR reports and dashboards as needed.
- Assist management in performance appraisal and training coordination.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 25 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a people-first approach.
