To enable this, our HR function must be structured, reliable, and execution-focused ensuring that every employee lifecycle stage (hire → perform → grow → exit) is managed with precision, compliance, and speed.

This role exists to bring operational rigor, governance, and clarity into HR, ensuring that workforce processes are not just managed but measured, optimized, and aligned to business outcomes.

Role Summary

This is a high-ownership HR operations role designed for a professional who combines process discipline, execution strength, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-scaling consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle processes with structured governance
  • Maintain accurate HRMS data and documentation hygiene
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Ensure SOP adherence across HR processes

Payroll & Compliance Coordination

  • Validate payroll inputs and attendance data
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
  • Resolve employee payroll and benefits queries

Performance & Appraisal Management

  • Execute appraisal cycles (half-yearly / annual)
  • Track goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance reviews
  • Maintain documentation and support calibration processes
  • Monitor improvement plans for low performers

HR Governance & Reporting

  • Build and maintain HR MIS dashboards
  • Track discipline metrics, productivity, and workforce utilization
  • Maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) and governance trackers
  • Support HR programs and engagement initiatives

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across teams
  • Coordinate L&D programs and internal workshops
  • Support employee upskilling and certification initiatives .
