About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of Human

Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement, contributing to the company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments.

Administer payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Managing HR operations, including attendance, leave, and personnel records.

Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory compliances(PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Implement and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

Handle performance management, including appraisals and feedback systems.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.

Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience, with proven managerial exposure.

Prior experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and inter personal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
