- Drive engagement, culture, and learning so our people love what they do.
- You will be reporting directly to Head of India operations
What We're Looking For
- 58 years of HR experience (manufacturing / construction / engineering background will be preferred).
- Strong grounding in HR fundamentals: recruitment, compliance, performance management, employee management
- A natural people-connector who have been demonstrated and demonstrating strong team building in the past/current role
- Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to experiment with new ideas.
Work Time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)
