Design KRA Framework
Develop role-wise KRAs aligned with business objectives across departments.
KPI Development & Mapping
Create measurable KPIs for each role with clear targets, weightage, and timelines.
PMS Implementation
Implement and manage a structured Performance Management System (monthly/quarterly).
Department Coordination
Work closely with department heads to define realistic and performance-driven KRAs & KPIs.
Performance Tracking
Monitor KPI performance regularly and generate performance dashboards/reports.
Review & Appraisal Process
Drive performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback discussions.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze performance data and suggest improvements for productivity and efficiency.
Employee Communication
Educate employees on KRAs, KPIs, and performance expectations clearly.
Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
Identify low performers and design structured improvement plans.
System & Process Optimization
Continuously improve KPI tracking systems, tools, and HR processes.
