ATE is looking for an HR Generalist to join the Founder's Officea high-trust, high-impact role working directly with the founders to build people systems that scale across hospitality, admin, and creative teams.
This is not a traditional HR role. You'll be deeply embedded in operations, culture, and decision-makinghelping translate founder vision into clear structures, strong teams, and sustainable growth.
Job Role:
- Partner closely with founders on people strategy, team structure, and culture.
- Own end-to-end HR operations across hospitality, admin, and creative teams.
- Lead hiring across levelsfrom store teams to senior creative and operations roles.
- Design and manage performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive people matters with discretion.
- Build and maintain HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- Create scalable HR systems aligned with ATE's expansion plans.
Job Requirements:
- 47 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, startups, or creative environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and sound judgment.
- Comfortable working in founder-led, fast-moving, and evolving environments.
- Organised, proactive, and equally people-first and execution-driven.
