About Air iQ 365:

Air iQ 365 is a fast-growing organization operating in the travel and aviation services domain, focused on delivering innovative and scalable solutions. The company is expanding its presence and building a strong team to support its growing operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 1 year of experience to manage a broad range of HR functions. The role involves handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit formalities
  • Oversee the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout) to ensure timely hiring
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation, ensuring a smooth joining experience
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support payroll processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, and input validation
  • Drive and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive employee experience
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance
  • Assist in performance management processes and HR audits where required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day HR operations and organizational initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist / HR Associate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR functions and processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment or bulk hiring
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
