Our organisation needs a motivated, highly organised Human Resource Executive to join our team. Job Title: HR Executive - (Fresher) / 1 year experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive (Fresher) to support blue-collar hiring activities for our factory operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and coordination with contractors and manpower agencies to ensure timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and hiring blue-collar workers (helpers, welders, operators, fitters, electricians, etc.) through multiple channels local agencies, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Coordinate with labour contractors and maintain daily/weekly manpower status.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews for workers.
  • Support in documentation, joining formalities, and ID creation for new hires.
  • Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and shifts for workers.
  • Assist in compliance and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) under supervision.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, or HR policies.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on recruitment and manpower.
  • Help organize training and orientation sessions for new workers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
  • Good understanding of blue-collar workforce dynamics (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
  • Energetic, field-oriented, and willing to visit labour sources or local markets if needed.

Qualifications:

  • BBA / MBA (HR) or Graduate in any discipline with interest in HR.
  • Freshers can apply; prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage.

Salary Range: 12,000 18,000 per month (depending on skills and interview)
