Role Description

This on-site, full-time role of Human Resources Manager is based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies aligned with organizational goals. The role includes developing strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing staff training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance, handling conflict resolution, and supporting employee engagement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HR policy development and strategic HR planning to meet organizational objectives.
  • Experience in conducting employee training, development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required.
  • Prior experience in similar HR management roles is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; additional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
