Roles & Responsibilities
-> Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and offer rollouts.
-> Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
-> Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
-> Handle employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and new joiner experience.
-> Support HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, payroll inputs, and employee records.
-> Assist in employee engagement initiatives, policy communication, and employee lifecycle processes.
You have
-> 0-2 years of experience in a HR generalist role. A post graduate candidate will be preferred.
-> Strong people skills and fun-loving communication skills.
-> A positive attitude, smiling demeanor and a great team player who believes in fostering amazing culture.
-> Spontaneity with the latest trends and technologies across formats and platforms.
