Role Overview

The Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist will drive end-to-end employee experience initiatives, with a strong focus on people-facing engagement, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration. The role plays a key part in shaping workplace culture, inclusion, and first-day-to-first-year employee journeys across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across India , aligned with organisational culture and priorities

Own engagement calendars, themes, and execution, ensuring inclusive participation

Manage stakeholder coordination with business and other support teams

Support engagement budgeting, vendor coordination, and approvals

D&I and CSR

Conceptualize and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders

Manage CSR programs end-to-end, including coordination with external CSR vendors

Onboarding & Induction

Own the in-person onboarding experience on the Gurgaon floor, ensuring a warm and structured new joiner journey

Lead hybrid and virtual onboarding programs, including Xebia Inductions

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as a key people-facing point of contact for engagement and onboarding initiatives

Partner closely with HR stakeholders and business leaders to ensure consistent employee experience

Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective communication across touchpoints

Experience & Skills

45 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or similar people-facing HR roles

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with onboarding programs (in-person and virtual) preferred

Exposure to D&I or CSR initiatives is a plus
